BSG has been one of my favorite shows since about the first time I watched it. I didn't see it while it was airing, which was probably a good thing, because I have no idea how I would have waited. It's one of the ultimate binge shows, and honestly there's not a single episode that's remotely bad until somewhere in season 2. It does have some issues at points, but I'm very fond of the show on the whole, and it's home to one of my favorite characters ever.

That, and it's a narrative-driven space opera with a ton of well-developed characters. It could not be more up my alley if it tried. It's one of those shows where I find something new to appreciate every time I rewatch.
