An important note before we get into this: if you've ever looked at the tracklist for this soundtrack online, chances are you've probably come across a couple song names that were unfamiliar to you, even though you knew what the song was.
This is for a couple of reasons. The first is that the original tracklist was in Japanese, so, obviously, any song titles you see in English are just translated from the original title. The second level of confusion is that this soundtrack has been reprinted many times, and sure enough, the names between each version are inconsistent. For example, the earliest releases use the Japanese names of the characters (Tina, Mash, etc); later releases are localized.
In the long run it's not that important, but if you're like me and like keeping your iTunes library organized, I've provided the two most common tracklists I see around the internet, along with the original Japanese titles of the songs. However, you may find still more inconsistencies between releases; I suggest looking at the releases page and then clicking the VGMdb link for the album you have to sort it out. Alternatively, just pick the name for each song you like best.

Note: typos in the iTunes tracklist are retained from the original. It's annoying, I know.
